Rooms are available to guests from 3:00pm on day of arrival until 22:30pm. Arrivals after 22.30pm can be arranged prior to booking. Rooms must then be vacated by 11:00 am on day of departure. All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of booking and at the quoted tariffs. The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for the loss of guestâ€™s property, unless handed in for safe custody and signed for by the proprietors. We require Full Credit or Debit Card details on booking which will be taken to secure the online reservation. The account balance must be paid in full on arrival. Accepted payment methods include cash or credit/debit card.
The Proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part of that contract cause any detriment to the hotel or to the well being or comfort of other guests. In the event of a cancellation or curtailment and should the accommodation not be re-let, the named person who made the reservation may be liable to pay for the total cost as per this reservation. Where card details have been supplied with an authorized account number, then any payment due owing to cancellation, curtailment or damage to the property may be made on the same account number by the proprietor. The card holder will be notified of any such transaction.
By booking this room you have entered into a legally binding contract with us, under the terms and conditions as detailed above. The Beach Motel rooms are non-smoking and any persons who violate this notice will be charged Â£50 to cover additional cleaning costs. This can be taken from the card supplied at booking. Bookings can be cancelled without charge if more than 24 hours notice is given. An email will be issued to all cancelled bookings to confirm cancellation. If a cancellation is received less than 24 hrs before arrival the tariff will be payable. To cancel a booking please call 01407 860332 or email email@example.com.
